so i just bought my second bob long at world cup its a ripper 2 it looks great and i got it at a decent price so i cant complain to much. there is one thing thats driving me crazy though and its the threading on the reg. the threads are like 1/8 a turn to much and the macroline fittings sticks into your hand when you hold it. i figured the only way i could deal with this is by buying a reg were the fittings are on the bottom like a cp but really dont want to spend more money anytime soon (got a 160$ and 120$ ticket this week) so does any one have any suggestions or am i stuck with the annoyance for awhile? thanks.

Or just turn it back to line up with the frame. When the gun airs up, the reg won't move much. I've also put an oring in the vert asa as a shim to keep the reg from wiggling. A BL 360 reg has set screw ps to adjust the position, solving this problem. |
