Bear with me here this will be edited and updated frequently.... Its going to take me a while to put everything I got and know here

For now breif over view of guns design.

Defiant 1
- Cocker barrel thread
- Stacked tubed ram driven electro pnuematic
- Around 99.5% compatible with b2k parts
- Valves
- Feed necks (ICD thread)
- Solonoid
- Board and harneness
- Bolts
- Triggers and grip frames
- LPR and HPR mounts
- Dentent is unique and is some what like a shallow cocker for any
after market needs I recomend Shocktech cocker dentents, as they
can be backed out and locked down to fit better.

Defiant 2
- Cocker barrel thread
- Timmy style dentents
- All internal components are unique to the gun, and are nither bushy or timmy in origin.
- Break Beam Eyes, alias type
- Wireing harness and boards are Gen3 timmy type AKA alias body style.
- Some later timmy triggers will fit this gun
- Feed neck is alias
- As for tips I can give you with this gun.. While it is small light and fast the HPR and LPR stock are kinda buggy and really arent as reliable as other bob long products. But if you can find one cheap and dont mind tossing on a new HPR and keeping your LPR lubed they arent that bad at all

Gen 1 Timmys ( Classic and Ripper 1 Style )
- These were the first run timmys
- Factory stock versions of this gun come with the strange reg set up known as the duelie. The upper reg was the HPR and the lower reg was the LPR. While these look some what goofy the idea behind them was pretty sound.. It kept they wieght off the bottom of the gun. realistically you can use a gas through grip on these and skip a vertical reg so long as you have a LP (450) out put tank. Just be warry and make sure to check your duelies as some times users of this set up will gut the upper HPR and use it as a volumizer instead of the HPR that comes stock.
- Dentents are compatible with older rubber nubbin style spyder detents
- Stock they come with plastic eye covers. Do not over tighten these as they a prone to cracking.. This would be the number one thing I would change
- Stock some came with aluminum bolts, these tend to force you to run a higher LPR out put and thusly will be less gentle on paint, and will make the gun have more felt kick.. This would be the second thing I would change... BUT! Stock the do have an extra milled in spot on the aluminum bolts that creates a pulse of air some come out of the two threaded holes in the upper body.. You can use these holes and air pulse to make an air assist feedneck like on the older shockers and some angels.. That was the intentions of the holes in the first place but the idea never took off.
- Feed necks are unique to these guns. FYI CCM makes them and still sell them on the web sight at a reduced price.
- Ram tube has and all metal cup seal with the delrin face being pressed into the front of the ram tube.
- Ram is compatible with all generations of timmys with the exception of Gen4 and most likely Gen 5
- Grips frame while strange has a built in drop and trigger gaurd
- Trigger, Carfull here as only some after market timmy triggers will fit with this style frame.. some work is required to make all of them fit, The tollerences were tighter back then and other after market triggers make up for the slop in modering guns which lead this frame to be prone to haveing newer triggers stick
- Wireing harness is 12 and 14 type with a large white ribbon for the LCD, These will be found in Gen 1 and Gen 2 timmys
- Board stock is a dip switch board with semi , full auto , 3 and 6 shot. With simple adjustment for ROF and Dwell settings.. Any 2k2 style board will fit this gun including Was, Tadao, and later stock board from Gen2

This is very good stuff and you are right on with all info posted so far. If you are unclear on any of the 3rd and 4th gen stuff, pm me and I will happily help. Please understand that I am not assuming you need the help (in fact, the knowledge shown indicates you probably do not) I just want to throw it out there. As a friend of Bobs and an Intimidator (and now Marq and Protege) enthusiast, I have worked over 30 NPPL and PSP events for Bob as a touring gun tech, have been involved in three of his tech clinics and therefore know his products well.

THANKS! Its a work in progress.. more or less Ill be adding/finishing/proof reading it when I have the time. Right now I am in pre castle conquest finishing a ton of projects mode. That plus normal work and what ever customer base I have for repairs and custom parts.

But yeah.. Alot of my knowledge on the BLAST family is real time experience no stuff I learned second hand. The team I am a member of currently we own atleast 30+ timmys in various stages. We are probally the most knowledgable non factory sponsored group of players youll ever meet

Im going to cover "Race Gunning Your Timmy" here too.. thats more or less how to squeeze ever ounce of perfromance from your gun with out voiding your warrentee
