Got my dad a Vice for his B-day

So me, my sister and a few teammates helped get my dad a new vice for his 50th birthday which is this Sunday.

He's really gonna like it.

I was floating through the Bob Long section and noticed this post. I am thinking of getting a Vice, and I have a few questions, if you don't mind;
How did your dad like it? Would he (or you) recommend it? Regarding the anno, did you get it done at the factory or elsewhere? How much did it set you back? Also, what numbers are you seeing regarding air efficiency?
