$100 even NIB, but if you're looking to add it to a collection and keep it $150 wouldn't be bad either. Actually those prices seem to be right whether it's NIB or not.

Most of the local "non chain" hardware stores carry firearm ammo, plus an assortment of airguns, bbs, etc. Selling paintball stuff doesnt seem odd at all.

Locally, its also normal to see paintball stuff at army surplus stores, sporting goods, and pawn shops. And of course Walmart/Kmart/Target/etc.

In George West, Texas, there's a combination Hallmark/Radio Shack/hardware store. Walking those aisles is pretty odd. Gift cards, ammo, and cell phones. I should have checked for markers.

A local Ace Hardware started off with a paintball section, then the guy that ran that part eventually started a separate store next to it called Ace Paintball. It's long since closed, though.
