You can create a lock down link pin for the hammer and bolt with a old 5/32 allen key
BE Raptor link pins were prone to breakage and there were 2 different version that were not compatible. This tutorial should cover both versions if you need to create a link pin.
Cut allen key to 1"3/16th long. remove hammer and bolt from marker,insert cut allen key into bolt and hammer as if assembled in marker.recess the pin slightly below the hole in the top of the bolt. check to see if it extends below the hammer ,if so trim to suitable length so it does not protrude from either the bolt or the hammer
Now take a fine tip sharpie and insert through the hole in the hammer that holds the cocking handle. make a mark. remove from assembly and start to make a notch, using the sharpie mark as your center line.
Notch needs to be approx. 1/8 th wide and 1/8th deep on a flat of the allen key.
Reassemble the marker and insert the allen key through the top hole with the notched facing the hole for the cocking handle, tighten cocking handle and it will not allow the pin to shift as it is compressed by the cocking handle.
I have a F1 illustrator that came that way and it's a bullet proof way to keep the link pin were it's suppose to be.
