You're thinking of Derin, aka Downdraft/RagingRain. Well yes and no. I told him about my idea for making one, then he did one with the ram in the lower tube, sticking out the back. He called it the 'ripraptor'. The one in the picture is one that I did, with the ram side-saddle. It actually works. It's the 'Ghetto Timmy'.

No, his was blue too. He sold it to somebody on MCB. I'll bring mine to POG day. I'd asked Craig awhile back if they could Palmerize it, he just rolled his eyes and shook his head with that 'what the hell were you thinking' look.
