Im pretty sure that the raptor and F2's were a basic copy of one another. An F2 frame may work. Assuming the sear and hole spacing is close you could possibly do a syder/clone frame swap. You may need to drill a new hole for a mounting screw or something.

Raptors are extremely nice guns. As long as you dont dry fire it you'll be alright. The raptor was/is a rather solid gun...in my opinion the best BE that was ever sold via Walmart(which sadly has given it a bad rep)

What exactly is wrong with your Raptor frame?

They're a little uncomfortable is my guess.

There'd have to be some serious retrofitting for another frame to work in a Raptor because of the triple sight rail it had. The sear actually goes up on a riser, into a depression in the lower receiver. The f2 doesn't have all that excess meat, so you'd have to use a really long sear, or do some jury rigging. I was actually thinking of sending an end-cap for the lower tube and the bolt into a local machinist to have a spring-return ram that could thread in there, and morlock it, or use one of those universal scenario dreams boards when they come out.

there isn't really anything wrong with the frame besides that it gets to be mighty uncomfortable if i'm using it all day.

and i'm toying with the idea of putting on an eframe of some kind.

Like the other guys said, NOTHING wrong with a Raptor. Just the BE stigma and the ignorant masses that buy into it. BE made some utterly crappy guns, this isn't one of them.

A Rainmaker frame will fit it since it's dimensionally identical:

But the main issue would be the fact that the frame fits up inside the body. You'd need to mill off the bottom of the body to get a standard e-tripper frame to fit it.

The only problem with the Raptor is the Brass valve body they have..If you can find the Stainless upgrade that was sold for the ,they aren't that bad at all

That's why you should never dry-fire one. The protrusion on the hammer will peen the valve stem hole over and cause it to sieze.

Another useful mod is to slip a 1/2" piece of 1/2" ID plastic tubing over the mainspring. This will prevent the problem of the bolt retracting back far enough to allow 1 1/2 balls to drop into the breech, which causes chops.
