Sines- You said you honed the lower tube. Do you mean you used a flex hone? And if so, what diameter did you use to de-burr the lower tube?
Thanks!

It think it is a break-cylinder hone, like this but probably smaller:
Hone Brake Cylinder 13/16 To 2 3/4 3 Stones

It was lying around, doesn't seem to have any part number or anything on it, so I'm not sure exactly what the specs on it would be.

Are there any feeds out there that fit directly onto the feedneck of this? It doesn't seem to match up to anything I have on hand, and doesn't look to me like it would fit one of the old stick feeds.

trip to homedepot most likely. i made my own stick feeds for my cobras from copper 3/4" tubing/elbow . I did have to grind the elbow down a little to fit inside the feed neck.

weird thing is the copper 3/4" seems to fit inside a a sheridan direct feed no problem but none of my BE's

I grabbed 2 slip on feeds for some oddball stbb from bacci a little while back. Unfortunately Tom of Tjd customs still has my nightmare, and it's not a comp. so the angle of the feed may not be correct. I would say maybe email bacci and see if he can test fit it. The only thing is they are chrome.

Redid all the o-rings today, 12 gram seal, new Sear and safety. I experimented used these guys for the valve stem, Quad o-rings:

I want to get some Square cross section orings for valve body to try and improve the seal, it leaked when I first aired up but then sealed. I'm guessing it will be okay until I touch it again.
