I am a bit of a hoarder, it most likely will never leave my fold.

I know that feeling. Hopefully it's not as choppy in person as it looks in the pic.

you know I just took another look at the picture and I am confused now. It has the feed like a ninja but no constant air and has a 12g cutout like a comp.
The cutout looks like it could be after market as it looks different that pics of outer comps.

You know, I didn't catch that either. I think your right. That looks to be a cut up regular lb with the ninja feedneck

Got it yesterday, it is a lb modified to be a comp. Pretty crude cutout for the 12g.
The feed neck is homemade and does not fit well, gaps were filled in with silicone calk.
Haven't taken it apart yet but it appears to be very dirty inside. I will gather all the o-rings I can find before I even take it apart.

Sad to hear its in bad shape, although not that bad considering the price. Especially if all the parts are there.

Update 7/19/2014

Minor update.

Drilled and tapped the feed tube end of the 12g piercer assembly for a 10-32 screw to aid paint feeding. There is a small amount of room for paint to roll past the breech hole and get jammed up. A simple button head screw in the end of the piercer assembly makes this old girl feed beautifully. I also gave the piercer assembly some minor dimples to help align it with the valve body. The dimples roughly line up with the two retention screws for the piercer body.

Tried drilling the hammer to lighten it up. Um, hardened steel is impossible to drill. Will have to figure this out later. Oh this is 80g to start.

I did a little trigger work. First off, sear spring is very similar to a cocker sear spring. I rooted through what I had until I got one that always caught the hammer, didn't bind on the sear, and gave a lighter rigger pull. Second, polished the contact points of the trigger and sear, and the pivot points of the trigger. Lastly, I put a stainless steel washer on the sear and trigger pins to take up slack on both components. It ain't no Westwood cocker trigger job, but it is considerably lighter, smoother and less sloppy. For those wondering, no I did not polish the hammer catch of the sear. I am kinda worried about the longevity of the sear. It is an oddly shaped catch point and I don't know what type of metal it is. Plus my hammer is polished anyway.

For those wondering, yes pulling the piercer assembly did shred the metric orings. Two new ones and seals up perfectly again!

Update 9/28/2014

So here is a "minor" update/ teaser. Still have a plan for custom grip panels, but I also want to do this....

Cherry wood courtesy of CroationSensation. Rough cut on a bandsaw. I am hand inletting as well. Yes, it will be set deeper into the stock. I ran out of time to work on it today.

I am not sure about a trigger assembly yet. I am thinking of a possible slider. And yes, possibly a lever conversion.

Still gotta lighten the hammer as well.

I like this, I think the Nightmare is visually perfect for a wood stock, two stacked tubes compared to a Sheridan with three.

I agree. Side tubed brass in a stock looks so much better aesthetically than 3 stacked tubes.

I plan to set the lower tube completely in the stock.
