Brass Eagle nightmare help...

I think it's leakin from the valve. Sounds like it coming from the back.
I haven't yet conformed to taking the ghetto route (ACE hardware), I could probably use an intire set of seals.
I just bought it, and I would love to take it out.

IIRC most early Brass eagles used a thermo disc like cup seal. It can be flipped over, in effect giving you a new seal.

True. However that only works about 50% of the time.

New seals can made from delrin disks. Have any one of the local machinists whip you a few up.

Once I had it apart, it became obvious that that could be an option, and so I tried it to no prevail. They just seemed very happy lying there the way they were, and didn't want to be disturbed.
Thanks for the tip KT, I shall talk to Wes.

In my opinion, dont bother with it. I had one, no cracks. After about 8 shots it started to crack all along the grips. Actually a nice shooter, but if you fix it be warned that itll break very soon.

Horse pucky.

They can be tempermental and a "nightmare" to work on though. The pump stroke on them is like gold.

I think Shmavis is talking about a "Ghetto Duck" But Splattt is actually talking about a nightmare.

Splattt if need be I found a whole stash of those thermal valve cup seal disks if you need one still.
