Internal Diagram or Pic of BE Jaguar?

I have a BE Jaguar that I am trying to get operational and I can't seem to figure it out. Double actions have me fooled.
Edit: There is a manual on Vintage rex but it doesn't have the internal diagram for the jaguar. I think I remember seeing a breakdown of one in APG but I don't remember what issue and I will just get side tracked looking through dozens of magazines...
Thanks!
-Dan

The hammer goes in backwards from what you think it should that is the only problem when they are disassembled.

Thanks for the response B. I looked through the pile of APGs that I had and luckily I found the Jaguar issue right on the top of the pile!
After looking at the APG breakdown it looks like I am missing the metal linkage cover that goes over the spring.

The problem that I am having is that the bolt and hammer are getting stuck in the forward position after firing. Sometimes they come back and sometimes they stick. I am thinking it could be that the bolt is getting caught up on the end of the valve powertube or that there is a spring inside the center body piece that I need to add in.

Thanks again guys!

I'll pull the cuda apart and photo when I get the chance.

generally the power tubes are venerable on the very tip where the bolt ride on it. I found on the Poisons that taking a shy 1/8" off made them perform so much better. never saw one of the double action having the problem as most guy shot fare lees with them because of the heavy trigger.

Gun not re- cocking after firing is usually the hammer in backwards if the take is full.

I've seen you mention this before. Perform better in what way? Would it have the same benefit on a Stingray or Golden Eagle?

HC the tip of the power tube does not get deformed causing the bolt to get stuck. With this mod the gun never has shoot down/ freeze up issues either. Put a wire tie on the clip and you can compete with any mechanical all day long.

Not going to help a Stingray or GE much as i think it is more a limitation of the internals speed and flow on the Poisons.

You would not believe the hoops I had to go thought to keep the guys Poisons and the Cuda up and running, during the 15 man days. Only had two smart guys on the team one with a 68 special and me with my Line SI deluxe.

Ok yeah, the Poisons didn't have very good flow. My modded Stingray can keep up with any mech I've tried. And I've wailed on my GE's trigger enough to freeze the stock-mounted 10oz to my forearm. I love old guns.
