With rental cost for the bus, 2 night motel room for the bus driver and all toll and parking fees, the breakdown is $120 per person for a 54 person bus. Everyone in attendance needs their Canadian Passport and must be free and clear of all criminal charges...if you can't get across the border, we'd leave your *** in Niagra! Pick up and drop off would have to be one central location. Personally, I think the parking lot at Yorkdale Mall in Toronto is the best option for it's subway access and close proximity to the 401 & 400 highways Full payment and proof of the driver's room arrangements are due 30 days prior to the trip. Once Again...Total Cost for travel down there...$120 Canadian. As far as registration for Castle, your paint and food costs and any added expenses, you're on your own. I'm going to PM everyone who's said they're interested and get their confirmation first...then I'll make a separate thread for the remaining spots. I'm going to hold spots for people until July 26th, after that if I haven't received payment I'll open up the spots on a first paid, first served basis. If the bus isn't fully booked before August 15th I'll make the decision with all of those paid as to if we're going to make up the difference among ourselves, or cancel the booking entirely. I'm sorry if that sounds like I'm being a jerk, but I just don't want to end up on the hook for any empty seats! Payment can be to be made to me by email money transfer or Paypal (You'd have to factor in the 3% fees, and the BST rules shouldn't apply here folks! Those of you that have already expressed interest in this thread, expect a PM shortly! Cheers

| This space is vacant. Join Date: Jul 2006 Location: Vineland, Ontario | The only problem I have is the meeting spot - I live in the Niagara region, so it's about an hour to an hour and a half to get to T.O., and that is not a drive I really want to make. Any chance the bus could meet at the Tim Hortons off the QEW, at the Victoria Avenue exit? It's on the way anyways. Anyways, I'm interested, but I need to confirm my shift at work - I get every 3rd Friday off, I just need to make sure it jives with that date. Biggest thing is accomodation too - what are the bunkhouses like? Jordan

We can set whatever itinerary we want, so there will definitely be a western pickup point (Hamilton St Catherines or Niagra...to be determined) based on the needs of those who book a spot on the bus. What I was trying to say is that we'll all have to meetup where ever we choose. I only said it to avoid "well my address is blah blah blah, call me when you're close and I'll meet you outside" afterall, this is a bus, not a limo As for the lodging, check out emr's website. I've only been there once and it wasnt for a big game, so I couldnt say for sure. But I'd imagine they're just a bunch of bunk beds...we'd still need our own bedding like a sleeping bag
