Southern Ontario Ballers: Fall Castle Conquest Bus trip

I have reserved a 57 seat charter bus to take us down to E.M.R. For the Fall Castle Conquest Weekend. The cost per person is $120, which includes bus rental, fuel & toll costs, and accomindation for the driver. The bus itself is a deluxe coach, with plenty of room for gear (2 hockey bags per person) and an onboard washroom.

Everyone in attendance needs their Canadian Passport and must be free and clear of all criminal charges...if you can't get across the border, we'll leave your *** in Niagra!

Travel Cost: $120 /person
Departure Time: September 26, 12:00pm (T.B.A.)
Location: Yorkdale Mall
Returning: September 28, 11:30pm (T.B.A)

The final travel itinerary is yet to be confirmed, but there will be a stop before we hop the border in either Hamilton, St. Catherines or Niagra (based what's most convenient for those west of the G.T.A.)

Remember, this is for travel expenses only. Your registration for Castle is your own responsibility.

Payment can be made by email money transfer or Paypal to moodymr@gmail.com . If Paying by Paypal you're responsible for the 3% fee, so total payment is $123.60.
I'll also accept a Canadian money order, so if you choose that option please PM me for my mailing address.

Below is a list of the members confirmed to attend so far, and the remaining spots on left the bus.. For MCB members bringing someone not registered on the forums, I've just included your name more then once. Members who have paid in full are in bold.

I can hold your spots(s) until July 26th, at which point they'll be released on a first pay, first serve basis. If the bus has not been completely booked by August 15th, we will make a decision as a group to either make up the difference equally, or cancel the booking and refund full payment.

An easy bus and subway ride away. Or bus and bus I guess if you want.

Woohoo! My wife's fly to Minneapolis the same weekend for a Nursing conference so count me in.

Sadly I don't think I can bring the whole collection. I'm thinking a Hurc and a Painter, maybe a few KP's

I'm sure one of us can pick you up since we should all be meeting up at the bus at the same time. I know I wouldn't have a problem with that. So if need be, that should avoid confusion on the bus system.

Also if you could include me if I'm not already that would be awesome. I have more than enough$$ but it;s invested in gear that I'm flipping right now so once it sells I will send an MO OO but make me # 47 to match my jersey

Just a suggestion - does everyone in this area (Niagara region) know where Niagara Tactica is? Maybe we could all meet there - it's right at the Victoria Avenue exit off the QEW, and it's right by the Tim Hortons - perfect for the last minute bathroom break before the push for the border.

Plus I'm right down the street from it .

Just a quick note - as far as I know, a passport is not needed to cross the border by car, only if you're flying. You WILL need a valid driver's license and valid birth certificate, at least if you're an Ontarioan.
