I agree with tacolex. Even SC Village, though owned by the same people, is slightly better than Hollywood. I wouldn't go to hollywood even if it was free.

I live in the southbay (hermosa beach). We should all do a meetup at some field that is reasonable for everyone sometime...

Meetups are tricky.
It's hard to find the right field that offers everything that a player could want.
Woodsball, scenario, airball, hyperball, spools, etc...
I think thats why Im more partial to Warp'd. It has it all and it's close to me.
Velocity has it all too. If I lived in SD I'd be there all the time.
Fair treatment by the field staff, game time turnarounds, quality competetion, safety enforcement, staging area, etc all play a part in my deciding.

I have been playing at hollywood and Sccillage since I started and I quickly realized that there are some things about the fields that really hamper the experience but frankly I dont have much of a choice If I want to play every weekend...

That is my main gripe with living where I do. I am restricted for the most part to SC Village but I am getting fed up with their crap. I need a new field.

Hollywood sports is A LOT worse than SC village. I almost consider it a privilage when I get to play there...

Oh I definitely agree with you on that point. But it seems SC is getting worse. They are very, very slow, a bit disorganized, and they play favorites to a few local teams which makes playing walk-on no fun.

That is what I am saying, We should find a field that we all like that is kind of in the middle of everyone.
