Same. From what I've seen, Carter PTs are significantly bigger than any other stock Nelson PT. That's why I had to go back to y0da to get a new version of the valve made for the Buzzard. It got me 40 consistent shots at 650 psi on a standard Nelson, so it'll be interesting to see what happens with a bigger PT than a Lapco #6.

Interesting...when was yours made? Mine is a pre-Dye, probably mid-90s gun. Port x3: .128 OD: .280 ID: .189 Wall: .091 From back of striker to end of PT: .990 From back of striker to front of cup seal: .760 Inner diameter is 0.189, same as a Lapco #6. Ports are 0.128" in diameter, x3, but are somewhat oval shaped as they are angled towards the front of the gun.

| Mcb's finest embarrasment | Dave loo did not make any bba valves, at least that is what I have been told. That makes your valve body a carter which means it uses one of his powertubes in all likelyhood.

Well, the Carter BBAs are standard Nelson threaded, and would take any standard internals. But yeah...we all know Carter internals have changed over the years. Has anyone posted a disassembled mini-comp? *edit* Here we go...that's definitely one of the fatty power tubes in the mini comp. here is info from the Carter sticky on PBN: Quote:

No necessarily though. Earon could have made it to fit an original PT. Remember for a while Earon had all the extra parts. Not meaning that he could build X number of guns without making anything. I'm sure he had to make and modify to utilize what he had available. So with out seeing the two side by side or getting the answer from the man himself it it's pure speculation right now. Russ, ASP still has some carter PTs.
