He is making .680 inserts for an additional cost of I believe $25. It took alot of pestering and demand(thanks Worrpt) so it will most likely be pretty dificult.

Earon is only making inserts for his current insert style as seen in Worrpt's pic.

It took me a while to convince him to make barrel with inserts. I wanna say it's been maybe 2 years that he's been making them himself. At one time Sanchez was subcontracted to make inserts and barrels for Carter Machine. So older markers with kits actually had sanchez kits - the inserts were turned with the bevel that earon uses for better feeding from the breech.

I have been trying to get Earon to make .678's recently as I've had a box of ultra evil to small for my .680, but with piece of electrical on my .680 i didn't have any rollouts. I think I proved to Earon a little over a week ago when we were at the OSC mesquite, nv event that a smaller bore insert is needed. I somehow ended up winning the 1 on 1 with that small bore paint.
This thread will also help him decide to make a smaller size I hope. Just a note is that the .683/.686/.689 are all created from aluminum piping. Smaller inserts are created from blocks individually so more time goes into making them the right bore size.

I voted .677 but I would also take a .675 if available. I'm pretty sure there are 7-8 other Carter barrel owners in Hawaii that would be interested also.

I voted .677 as well. But the Weasel has a good point with the .674! He should do a package deal. You order and prepay for both to get a head count, 2 inserts for 50.00$ shipped. All annoed gloss black. Feyd..............
