Ok, so the smallest insert Earon has made is .680. What would size would you like to see next?

.677 just because they are all spread apart by .003. keep it simple

I have used ty's .675 and .680 and not felt the need for more sizes.

Those are freak inserts though, Carter inserts are like 2" long and custom spec I think worrpt can dig up some photos to demonstrate

you think length of insert relates to what size bore it should be?
all I meant was if .680 isn't tight enough, then .003 might not be enough. and I've found that .005 doesn't squeeze too much, say if the ball was .679, it would only be underbored by .004

Carter Ti Barrel w/ .689 .686 & .683 inserts in that order. My .680 was with my boxgun at the time, but it is green.

I totally misunderstood your previous comment, I thought you were asking why not just buy inserts from Ty instead of having Earon make them.

I don't think the length of insert matters too much, as long as it's longer than .5" and shorter than 10" you're good to go???

Personally I don't like to under bore too much otherwise the pump handle/slide won't close after I release it, since the ball is too big
