The mini aluminum mini buzzard and mini comp have almost identical weight which is perfect imo. Not to heavy and not too light.

I guess it is all preference. You cant go wrong with either, they are very similar

Lechooch you haven't felt a mini comp that is broken in. They are ungodly smooth.

Pretty much it should come down to what you are looking for. The new mini buzzards and mini comps are identical except for the way the pump handle contacts the bolt.

If you are looking for a straight up SC gun and plan on nothing but 12 grams. Than either will serve you fine.

But if you want the ability to go to a vert asa than the mini buzzard is a better choice.

I think mini comp would be better choice due simply to availability

Yea, I had shoot2thrill's Red Mini-Comp for several months back in '09, that thing was SO smooth, it was ungodly now that you mention it.

they are not the same.
The Buzzard in any functional form is much smoother than the Mini Comp and definitely much more versatile.
Still, I prefer the Mini Comp though lol.
I'm experimenting with a Box Gun at the moment, which functions much like a Mini Buzzard, only shorter.

THE-SHOOTIST Anyone chubbin' like me for this?
mailmanmike Since Monday! That's more than 4 hours though, so according to those cialis ads I should see my doctor.
tlane77 I think for a non-chemical chubby it's 6 hours before its time to see a doctor. So you should be good for another couple hours.
splattttttt I wasn't goin to google "chubbin" because I assumed it had to do with fat. The lard type, not the fun stuff. But what ever feelings Jeff's experiencing, then they must be of the fun like stuff...
tlane77 He's got a woody for your woods.

The buzzard is definitely easier to put back together, Smoothness of the mini-comp does depend on the cocking arms. When I was messing around with my mini-comp, if one of the arms was not set up correctly, that would introduce a huge amount of drag. If you're pretty savvy though, you'll figure it out. Can't go wrong with either...but you could always get a gargoyle lol, those are also ungodly smooth.

right... I just got a box gun, which I freakin love I can't put it down. And I had a buzzard before so I think I'll give the mini comp a go. I mean I can't go wrong either way it seems.
