Yes you can order a barrel kit.

He has a back that looks like his Ti barrels but is aluminum and uses his inserts. His inserts are 74 77 80 83 86 89. He has fronts from 12 14 16, but they are about an 1 1/2" longer in length due to the length of the back. Similar to the new DYE backs. His inserts are slip fit but can be modded with an o ring for friction fit. These particular backs are AC threads. I know he has backs for other threads but not sure if they can be modded for his inserts.

Any other questions just ask. If want have specific questions shoot me a PM and I can try to get you the answers you need from Demonio.

I actually have a barrel that Carter just did with 3 Inserts. Worrptangl, the poster above me, had it made for me. I no longer need it, and would be happy to sell it to you if you are so inclined.

Worrpt, I'm not even sure of the bore sizes on the inserts, any idea? I'm pretty sure that it is 12", I'll check after work and will let you know. Here is a picture of it on my sniper:

I'm sure you can if it is a removable barrel.

It's a 12" barrel one piece barrel with spiral porting on the front. The back is a 1" OD for use on Carter's pumps. The inserts are 683 (silver) 686 (blue) 689 (red) if I remember correctly. Mine aren't anodized but they have milled rings on them for ID.
