Myron (SeuDog) called that screw the sled... maybe yours is loctited but mines turned easily... that's the one you want to adjust to get that creep out of your bolt.

There should be another screw at the front of the trigger... I'm guessing that it's purpose is to lock down that sled... try and see if yours is tightened down.

What other screw...? Don't see one on the trigger sled.

Mine was Loctite'd in there. I actually adjusted mine lower. I had the same 'creep' where the trigger would pull the bolt back but not trip the sear. Lowering the screw made all the difference in the world.

Some very interesting differences between all of your guns... makes me reconsider buying one, now that I'll be making some money.

I would not hesitate buying another Carter at all... I actually want a Mini Comp now! After some talking with Myron I'm pretty sure I have a handle on things as far as my breakage issue goes.

As far as the differences between trigger design/components and whatnot... could be as simple as refinements Earon has made recently... on top of that, Eddaka's trigger is off of his Mini Comp and mines is off my Mini Buzzard so that may account for that difference.

Got the trigger pull real nice now. Man It was a bitch getting that red loctite out.

Only thing I need now is all the barrel inserts and the re-anno over the scratch.

<3 my comp

EDIT: I also shot the comp today in 75* degree weather waiting about 10 seconds between shots.

I got 45 SOLID shots at about 290fps and then a 4 shot drop off 'till empty
