| Delving into Satinism | It's not as busy around Fairbanks- that I'm working on. It's a lot more laid back and honestly I've had more fun playing paintball this past summer than I have in a while. There's some speedball field, off one of the industrial areas, but I wasn't interested in it enough to check it out. Eventually it would be a lot of fun to try and track down some of the people who used to play a lot and get them back into it. Mostly it's a matter of getting scheduals coordinated. There's a hell of a lot to do during the summer, a lot of daylight, but not a whole lot of days off from work. I should have made a point of checking out some of the places down by Anchorage since I've heard decent stuff about them, but ran out of time this summer. It's an 8 ish hour drive to get there from here, and I only got to make the trip once. From what I've heard Anchorage has a pretty decent sized paintball scene. I think it's about equidistant to the Canadian border as it is from Fairbanks to Anchorage. Don't hold me to it. So in short yes, I played more paintball this summer than I had in a while. More fun pump games too. The really long days make it even better, since I'd rather not arrive at the field and start playing until afternoon. I like sleeping in. When the sun cooperates and will stay up all night, you don't have to worry so much about running out of light come 6 or so in the evening. Fewer nasty bugs too- Not a tick up here! Don't they do a lot of gatherings in parts of Florida? I know I've seen Titus and Going_Home posting about stuff before.

| I did it last year via paypal by using an event sign up form, Blue instructed me to put "season pass" in the event box. I did, speak to him about it before hand, might wanna try that.
