I am just waiting to hear back from the printers with details (ie costs) and then I will let you know. I would guess 1 month from now I will place the order and then will have it done in time for Spring Castle, but possibly sometime in March.

I know they had xxl last time, I am sure they have larger but I also recall that the larger the item the more it cost. (it was maybe an extra $2 for xxl)

If they can't I would suggest going wherever you shop and getting shirts to send in. I have known someone in the t-shirt business for several years and XX was about the limit for most if not all his suppliers.

It depends on who they get the shirts from.

The screen printer I've used in the past goes up to 5XL.

Hanes and Gildan both have XXXL short and long sleeve T-shirts.
