THey are both taken.... it would be an ugly and bloody drawn out fight to try to take either.

I still like the idea of buying a small house near EMR instead of putting work into the bunkhouse...

Do you think it's too early to sell Leif into indentured servitude, because that's the only way I could get involved with that purchase.

Still cheaper than making what is basically a shed on Blue's property into something better...

i suggest we get a large sturdy tent like structure, like a massive ez up.
Put that behind the bunkhouse and stake it down for large groups outside to stay dry and happy. I'm talking like 12x20 ish.... then we put in the bunkhouse when not using it.

Not a bad idea at all... just need to keep people from parking immediately behind the bunkhouse.

heh, I look away and it goes to improvements for the bunkhouses instead of vintage gaming.

I'll chime in and say the best thing we can do to improve the bunkhouse is to scrap it and start over. Hell if I could get down there to help, I'd be happy to. But we'd need an electrician, and preferably someone who can pour good concrete pilings. We'd also want to rig up a pump system to keep the water out from under there.

I like the tent idea. Nothing against Blue, but I hate the idea of us poring money into a project that in the end we really don't own. Improving is one thing but, as we know, serious structural renovation is costly and lots of hard work.
