Ok I will help you do some of the cooking, I am bringing Guiness brownies, some for the bunk and some for the bakesale. I'll update this post with other things as I figure them out.

I WILL TRY to bring a gas grill, as the one medium size charcoal aint' gonna cut it alone. I've been looking for a caterer size for a while on the cheap...ain't easy. I was looking most of the winter.

I will bring my charcola grill and I think I have some charcoal (I think), or I will pick some up. And lighter fluid. The newbies have to drink the Aristocrat so we can't use that this time to light the fire. Also, I have a camping propane stove.

I will bring some food, but I can't cook, unless you like burnt or raw food. I can't seem to find the middle ground after a few beers.

we should be good on plates and forks and such. Need paper towels Toilet Paper those party cups, charcoal, lighter fluid, a bottle of Aristocrat (the last was sacrificed to Velcor and he wasn't happy) water, gatorade and such beer and food and munchies. Local grocery store is in Montrose and one is up in Hallstead.

Make sure to bring bottle/can cozzies for beer like beverages... either that or rolls of ducktape.
