| New Family member (mostly Drum Safe) Well, Suzanne went yesterday and picked out a new kitty. Some of you may remember that a couple weeks ago one of our cats passed away... so to fill the cat gap and bring us back to 4, this little critter was picked up. newkitty1.JPG newkitty2.JPG newkitty3.JPG She's 6 weeks old, dark tabby with the white and has blue eyes.She's fixed, weened and knows how to use a litter pan. I had to sleep in the other room last night with her because she mewwed and mewwed and mewwed when we tried to leave her in the big box we made for her as a bed. Anyways... our bed is the other cats bed right now, and until they accept the new girl she needs to sleep somewhere else... hopefully tonight she can sleep on the floor in a pile of my clothes... which she does anyway once I turn my back (found her sleeping in the leg of my jeans that were on the floor). The other cats aren't sure what to make of her... she's so small but approaches them with arched back wanting to sniff them. My one cat follows her at a distance... my other cat doesn't even want to be in the same room with her and Suz's cat just pretends she doesn't exist... so it's going to take a while for them to get used to her. No name yet.... I'm sure she will have a name by the time I get home. E

| Vampire Kitties? Yeah heard that one before.... I must be a zombie then as we had lots of cats around the house when i was a baby.. my parents still have cats one of them we got when I was in middle school. E

| That's actually Suz's foot. The cat is so small it fits in one of my mitts.... she's tiny!!!!! She can actually curl up and sleep on my hand when I cross my arms if I keep my palm turned up. She can climb.. up my chest to perch on my shoulder where she will then fall asleep. E
