Put it in an envelope and wrap it in about a roll and a half of duck tape. I did that one time with a coworker's paycheck. It worked out well.

Send $35 to a MCB member and then have them pay it forward to another member and see if we can get a international payment thing going to him with postmarks from around the world.
Give him occasional clues as to the where abouts of it and see if he can intercept the funds.
