 | Oh! I know! Get one of those puzzle things that you stick bills in, but someone has to figure out how to do the right combo of stuff to get it out of the box. Like this: Don't Count On It - Money Puzzle I've seen them in clear too for maximum frustration of being able to SEE the money but not get to it right off. OR Get a sheet of $2 bills (plus 1 loose $1). That's just funny. How about a bunch of oddball change? Some half dollars, two dollar bills, a few dollar coins... That makes some people insane.
