But is there a possibility of maybe making them a bit smaller? 3.5"x3.5" is kind of big... for a patch. (imo)

It is on the larger side but if it's any smaller, it won't look as good. The logo was originally designed for the flag that I had made up, so it's got a lot of detail. I've been advised by a few patch-makers that this logo shouldn't be any smaller than 3.5" x 3.5" because too much of the detail would be lost and to simplify the design would take a lot of work by my artist (who did this for free).

It really all depends on the supplier. Could be as long as 6-8 weeks, could be less. I'll keep everyone in the loop-de-loop.

*EDIT* I'm up to 88 patches that are e-spoken for... for those who've clarified their #'s, mucho thanko. For those who haven't put a # down, it'd make my life a tad easier.
