Newb Phantom question

The phantom I did a deal for arrived today, and came with a right SC feed on the gun, and a Center feed body, but the block that holds the feedtube is on the right SC feed and I want it on the center SC feed body. How do I do this? (Goddamn I feel dumb)

Does the centerfeed body have a welded feedneck?

Thumbs up

Remove the mounting bolt that's inset into the feedblock, towards the front. This is all that's holding the block on the body. Of course you'll have to swap the SC bodys.

There is only one screw holding the feedblock on the breech - if you're looking at the top of the marker you'll see it towards the front end of the feedblock.

There's not too much to a Phantom, and no tricky parts that will fly off and hide under the couch or break if you sneeze, so feel free to undo all the screws and take everything apart. The exploded parts diagram makes it look more complicated then it really is.

Edit: someone beat me to it.

I just took it appart, the vertical air adapter was a pain to take out/put back in, but besides that it was fine.

The vertical asa can be a pain to get on and off.
If you can, do as much tightening or loosening of the screws as possible with your fingers.
Then you really only need to use the wrench for the initial loosening or final tightening.

sale?

Blastman,
you wouldn't be interested in selling the right feed stock class phantom body, would you? If so, consider me interested.
If you already have a sale pending, best of luck.
Hope you enjoy your phantom.
