Very different price ranges. The fit/finish on a Gargoyle blows the Phantom away but the way they shoot is about the same. The slider trigger on the Garg is probably the nicest ever put on a gun.

Garg also has a cocker threaded body and some pretty neat upgrades to the traditional Nelson setup.

I love my Grey Ghost. A few small issues (in my opinion) that need to be ironed out but it is one of the best SC guns out there.

I own all three.
For stock class games, the Garg is what I like, as it it intended for this purpose, and this purpose only.
Both the others can do the same, but I like the Gargoyle best.
With the Ghost internals, I was able to really get it to shoot over 40 shots consistently, but what I really like about it the most is it's serviceability and weight.
Did I mention that the Gargoyle is the first ever Nelson Paint gun ever to shoot at 275psi?

THE-SHOOTIST Anyone chubbin' like me for this?
mailmanmike Since Monday! That's more than 4 hours though, so according to those cialis ads I should see my doctor.
tlane77 I think for a non-chemical chubby it's 6 hours before its time to see a doctor. So you should be good for another couple hours.
splattttttt I wasn't goin to google "chubbin" because I assumed it had to do with fat. The lard type, not the fun stuff. But what ever feelings Jeff's experiencing, then they must be of the fun like stuff...
tlane77 He's got a woody for your woods.

Can't put a sight on the garg there's no rail (if thats your thing). It is the single best custom nelson out there.I got rid of mine because I am a rough player I would never forgive myself if I scratched it up and got the RTR curse for doing so.
Phantoms are top notch preformers and can be had pretty cheap.
