dropout changer leaks COMPLETELY

not a slow leak - when i puncture the c02, it basically all shoots out within 5 seconds. it wont hold any air at all. what's wrong?

Yeah, I'd agree. It's either a missing/damaged a cup seal or puncture pin seal.

So you don't hear the leak down the barrel?
Puncture pin seal, or perhaps you aren't screwing down the 12ie tight enough? Just trying to think of all the possibilities.

I don't think it's a screwing in the 12ie problem. I tried several times and it never did this before.

I could definitely feel it coming from the changer but I'll check if it's leaking down the barrel as well...

Sounds like the puncture seal. Look at the piece that pierces the 12 gram, there should be clearish/white seal that surrounds the pin. It's likely damaged or missing. I had one freeze up and crack once when I emptied a full 12 gram.
