I agree with pretty much everybody here. Stock Barrel bored and a freak kit. In fact I have been looking at buying a SS kit and I'll be more than happy to sell you my Alum kit for $45 + s&H

Heavy Valve spring and Light Main spring
with a combination of some internal work to boost that 12 efficiency.
Also you could:
Flasc 0.678 Bored barrel (9") they are like 35$ Sweet deal and will work for 95% of the paint you ever need, in a hotter environmental situation with swollen balls use the stock barrel
+ one of Alpha's sweet Silencers with a Clamp. Enjoy ninja Phantom with bad booty efficiency.

If not having issues with the feed tube separating from your delrin/acrylic feed block then skip on the 1 piece feed and get that freak-bored barrel.
My general recommendation for Phantoms are:
- a barrel kit (how ever you want to go about doing that, freaks, python, whatever)
- ASP Detent mod / ASP Roundhead body (depends on your specific situation. I have tons of cocker barrels and my gun is silver so matching a raw Roundhead body with Silver is easy)
- 1-piece feed (My feed tube kept seperating from my feedblock at the worst times, so I ditched it)
From there on its about tweaking your amount of shots per 12g, but the above suggestions will eliminate any practical frustrations you may have using the gun.

SOL, outnumbered, one paintball per person should do the trick
The most effective and powerful weapon on the field is the sneaky b@stard, use sparingly!
