Anyone use an inline reg with their phantom?
I can get 300 gls when I screw the tank directly on to the gun. I think its preset at 800. I want to use a CP reg but I only get 255 fps. If anyone uses a reg, what springs do you use to up the fps?

I use an o/c phantom with a male stab reg with a high psi spring (500 to 900 psi). Depending upon where the tpc is dialed and the spring, the reg is set at 560 to 800 psi. set up also includes an open face TPC and a lightened hammer. The CP reg probably gets no where near high enough pressure. Stock phantoms love high psi. Only through significant patience and some modification will a phantom work well with <800psi.

In the world I see - you are stalking elk through the damp canyon forests around the ruins of Rockefeller Center. You'll wear leather clothes that will last you the rest of your life. You'll climb the wrist-thick kudzu vines that wrap the Sears Tower. And when you look down, you'll see tiny figures pounding corn, laying strips of venison on the empty car pool lane of some abandoned superhighway.
