Teardown vid?

Was wondering if there was a full assembly and disassembly video on YouTube. I just got a phantom in the mail and it came in piece (for sure cannot find my safety pin :/). I feel like a retard trying to piece it together and it not working.

a small wrench on the hex seat will get that apart in no time - basically the power tube passes through the hex seat and is held in place by the cup seal. behind that assembly is the rear spring and thats pretty much it.

go ahead and take it apart you will be fine - the gotcha is on the pump handle make sure the lock nut is not loose or you will get wiggle and other problems - otherwise for the most part the phantom is VERY easy to maintain.

a lot of people take out the safety to avoid missed shots when it gets accidently put on safe. Using the trigger guard as your safety (finger out and outside the guard) is generally enough for most shooters - also keeping your marker cleared when off the field (no ball in the chamber) goes a long way as well.

Ok so where can I pickup a replacement safety? I'm going to turn this sucker into an oc eventually so paint will be likely in it all the time

Edit: does anyone have an exploded view of the 12g changer? I maybe missing a punture pin assembly

Call mike at cci for parts.

If you Google phantom online and go to the website you can find the exploded views of everything. The puncture pin should be easy to see if you look straight into the bucket changer it has a conical pin with a hole in the. Middle and a flat head screwdriver notch through both sides.

Yep, you need a puncture assembly. It comes with the oring and puncture seal.

Aww ****ty, well that's one more thing I need to find or buy :/

So if I use the Allen key and took it out I should be able to run a back bottle with my 13/3k right?
