Yes, yes it is possible. I've done it with most of mine at one point or another

Phantoms really are one of the easier pumps to break down - about the only tools you might need are

allen key set for a few screws
wrench for the power tube assembly
and about 2minutes30secs =)

it really really really is easy.

one tip - be carefull about the locking nut on the pump rod arm - make sure it is snug BEFORE you disassemble as the rod can bend or turn some otherwise (more important on a gargoyle than a phantom but still applies)

/salute

I got it off mcb, so I'm hoping it works and I don't need to do the PayPal dispute, negative feedback and all that yahoo. I got it for a great price so Im trying to get it to work without complaining to the seller

If you can't get it to work properly, Call Mike at CCI...chances are he'll get you fixed up.

which one of these does your compensator look most like?

The one on the left is the TPC and the one on the right is the old style compensator.

The right one will be mine, and it's a bummer since I purposely went out and bought a flathead screwdriver

Also does he check his email often? I'm Canada and long distance cost money unless you are rich or bought a phone card lol
