Phantom on CA
 

I want to try a 13k tank on my phantom but I'm not sure how to. I'd rather have an on off asa so the cci kit isn't too desirable. Can I just stick any asa and reg (or gas thru foregrip) on to work? Also will I need to re spring it with a cci spring kit to work with hpa?

What model or configuration do you have? Pics would help. May need to change to blue main spring.

I run HPA. I have a reducer plugged into the Vertical Air Adapter and macrolined it to my ASA. I need to use the Red Mainspring to acheive 280fps.

I am not sure you want a regulator to drop the PSI down lower than the 800psi tank regulator... you may not be able to achieve high fps

Last time I ran into someone with a Phantom that was having trouble with HPA I simply put a 1/4" nylon spacer from a hardware store in the valve to preload the valve spring. It's worked great ever since.

Called Mike and just ordered a volumizer but still need an asa. Will CP asa's fit on the phantom and I want to order this rail from ccm

Also Im using a new phantom less than 2 years old with a 45 frame

Keep us posted if your setup works, particularly if you can reach 280fps. I have not invested in a regulator because I'm not sure it will work well with HPA.

Any standard rail or standard mount ASA will bolt right on to the bottom of your 45 grip.

I am running a reg'ed phantom on hpa. First day out with it, I was at 340ish. Turned the region down to 260 and played there. Going to figure out how to sweetspot the reg and tune it up.
