Best hammer and spring combo?

Going to get my hammer fluted by ssc soon. I've looked at probably 5 different post on this but still confused. Around here, play in 80-90 degree weather, velocity around 280, use VSC Phantom if that helps. So in simple terms, is the best combo a fluted hammer with the red spring to get more shots? I don't know much about this so any help would be appreciated.

I use the red main with the fluted hammer in Hawaii. Same weather. With a bobbed valve I can sneak 40-45 shots on a nice day. Stock spring in back and the TPC is hardly turned in.

Assuming you're using only CCI springs, if you're running unregulated, red spring i think** may be your only option to even get up to acceptable velocities.
I could be wrong tho hahhaha

Thanks guys, I looked at my options and don't really want to bob the valve, trying to keep it simple so I don't screw it up lol. So I'm assuming just get the factory red spring from cci to go with the fluted hammer?

Why do you want to bob the valve?

Woops. Sorry. I skimmed over it and didn't see that you don't want to. I have never been a big fan, I found that I gained a shot or two but ended up with consistency problems and drop-off.

Yea, I just want to keep it simple so the hammer with a red spring (I think) is the best choice
