Just to jump in, does anyone know what the diameter of these are? Are they the same size as the CCI vertical asa and 12g changer?

If you removed a second disc it would put out a really low pressure (around 150psi), or it would not work at all. Something to try is just flipping discs with 5 total, you might be able to move +-50PSI. This regulator is a pre-set style with limited adjustability, so your (our) options arent that varied.

Make sure you have a spring kit!

Tiny: These are the same OD as the regular VAs and 12ie changers, mine just measured at 0.984". They are about an inch longer, and dont have the rearward rake that the regular VA has

Sorry for reviving an old thread but when I try to adjust the marker using the velocity adjuster on the side of the marker it doesn't change anything. I tried having the normal shim stack and have tried using hp and mid pressure tanks.

Are you using the red piston? I think that is for co2 use only. Not sure my self since I just started prodding this.
So far, it sounds too complicated. Definitely a tinkerers marker

THE-SHOOTIST Anyone chubbin' like me for this?
mailmanmike Since Monday! That's more than 4 hours though, so according to those cialis ads I should see my doctor.
tlane77 I think for a non-chemical chubby it's 6 hours before its time to see a doctor. So you should be good for another couple hours.
splattttttt I wasn't goin to google "chubbin" because I assumed it had to do with fat. The lard type, not the fun stuff. But what ever feelings Jeff's experiencing, then they must be of the fun like stuff...
tlane77 He's got a woody for your woods.

So they are the identical OD? That's very interesting...I want to put one on my DSP now

You have every good idea...feel like I'm stalking your posts. Would it just replace the 12 gram changers top portion with the pierce assembly or how would you put it in? Haven't looked too closely at the revolutions manual.

From what I understand it functions sort of like an ASA extender and goes in between the vert asa and the 12g changer:

I'm thinking of buying two of them to put on my excessively regulated phantom haha

I'm using the blue piston with the 5 orings on it.

Is your velocity too low or too high and are you using compressed air or 12 grams? From what what i understand from mike, the blue piston was designed to work with a new shim in the regulator which runs at about 550psi stock. The blue piston uses orings to increase or decrease volume when switching between air and 12 grams. My gun works well on air with the blue piston and no o-rings. And it works well with 12 grams with 4 orings on the piston. And this is with the new regulator shim. Changing the speed on the side of the gun only works if you are already close to 280fps. The velocity adjustment on the side of the gun is only "a fine adjustment of + - 15 fps". Out of the manual.

My velocity is way too high 300 to 320fps range with 600 output rank and 340 to 360fps with an 800 psi output tank. My ranges in velocity aren't with any adjustments its just that my marker is super inconsistent for a $600+ pump marker.
