CCI threaded inserts outer threads

I see on ASP that the outer threads of the CCI stainless inserts are 1/4-36. Is that both the 8-32 and 10-32 inserts?

Thank you! Just the man I was hoping to come through! Any luck saving cocker LPR's with threaded inserts? Thats the plan.

Oh, hmmm, good question... The 10-32 inserts are kinda long - I don't know that there's sufficient internal clearance. Years ago, I tried using a thread restoring epoxy - I think it would work well for this. Alternatively, find somebody skilled with a TIG welder, zap the hole closed, drill and re-tap...

Not too concerned with the insert sticking out of the reg. I plan on using thread sealing loctite on the insert. Hopefully that should take care of it. I still have to pick up a 1/4-26 tap and the loctite.
