Hard Line or Macro Line

Is there any advantage to using one over the other when it comes to CO2? How about HPA?

Pretty sure the hardline would give a slight efficiency advantage when using 12 grams, since the inside diameter is much smaller.

The only issue i could see with having a macroline and co2 is that over time the structural integrety of the macrolinw will weaken from the co2. This is usually the case when playing in cold weather and using poor quality line. Liquid co2 could get into the line and freeze. Other that i dont think there would be a difference performance wise.

Hardline is sexy.

I prefer the hard line because I have horrible luck when it comes to macroline fittings. They hate me and love to leak. I don't have that problem with hardline.

Stock class = 12grams and a stick feed. End discussion.

I know some select few are going to chime in on me saying this..

I have the exact same problem. I will never use anything but braided stainless from now on.

The phantom gods must love me then cause i only have problems with macroline when the cut isnt perfect.

steel braided air line provides the best efficiency because it gives the CO2 room to expand.

The efficiency difference between the two is negligible. You wanna give the co2 some time/space to convert from liquid to Gas thus giving you more consistent shot to shot gas consumption.
