So I've got a fairly old phantom that is COATED inside with old paint, I let it sit in some hot water and got a lot of it out, but there's still a lot right in the middle on the lip, can't get leverage on it...anybody got any recommendations for how to get at it?

What lip are you referring to? Is it just that the paint is so old that it's not washing off, and you need a way to get it off? Or something else?

Goo gone. I recently used it on a carbon fiber barrel inner bore on a battle swab. It worked great.
