AT only issue on my phantom

Allright so I still need to get used to my phantom so I would like to know how to fix a AT issue where I always have to hold the trigger down for it to fire.

I have a DSP

Kind of hard to play with ''AT'' on a 10rds rock and cock XD

What are the first steps to look at?
I couldn't look at it last time since I needed to buy a part that would ''bleed'' air when im done playing :P

Thanks :)

Nelson style guns only go AT when you hold the trigger, getting some sort of spring feed would help. Although you should note adding a springfeed will eat up some of your paint capacity, usually only 2 balls.

EDIT: That issue is moot if you get a longer feedtube

it will not shoot if I doesn't hold the trigger before the end of the pump cycle

Sounds to me like for some reason your trigger plate and sear aren't lining up correctly. Weird as it may sound have you tried taking it apart and putting it back together again?

take the trigger assembly apart oil it and clean it also blow any gunk out of it, the gunk build up will cause it to not fire all the time or only occasionally fire.

My trigger problems have only occurred when the body and frame weren't lined up.

I second the "take it apart and put it back together" it seems very simple but sometimes those are what fix problems

When you go to reassemble be aware of how much you tighten the grip frame screws. Ive known over toruqing to play havoc with a few different markers.
