Freak with All American tip. I would use the stock 14in barrel if I actually got around to freaking it.

But now I'm curious.

In the world of breech drop nelsons, does the platform change it all that much? From what I understand, they are virtually all identical minus power tubes, quality of build, and in some cases, material. But I digress. Im sure that's a topic better saved for the Pump forums.

I still like my Lapco Microshot over my stock.

Love the Palmer's brass! Just got another .680 with wedgits for small paint. Also love freaked DYE barrels, BOA barrels, and the Carter un-obtanium

I voted Stock Freaked and I own and regularly shoot my DeadlyWind. No real difference in performance to me. If an 8" freaked stock barrel had been available I probably wouldn't have gotten the DW. I own a 14" Stock freaked barrel but it is too long for how I like to play.

I'm partial to the ceramic J&J Edge kit. Eight inch backs for the Phantom instead of the really short Autococker ones. Heard recently that J&J decided to stop making them.

Lurker on my son's mini; Lapco tightstick on my T2. Have used less Deadly Wind since the intro of those 2 barrels to out kit.

I have no dog in this fight, as my only experience with my Phantom is with the factory barrel, which; "Drives Tacks", "Shoots Lazers", "Shoots titties", "Throws Darts", Ect...
I will in this next year be buying a smaller bore LAPCO barrel to try out though. I will say my Phantom factory 14" would out shoot my Gargoyle with my favorite 12" freak on it though.

Palmer's .680 unported brass with wedgits for me, although I've really not had any problem with stock since I got the ASP detent mod done.
