Unless you've polished the coating on the hammer and bolt off you shouldn't really need to oil anything.

I used up all my Gold Cup before my now teenage daughter was born. I bought a couple bottles of Java dirt cheap and still have nearly two full bottles of the stuff. Phantoms don't require much.

I'm the oddball. I broke mine in with gold cup then switched to dye slick lube. I am probably one of the few running grease in my phantom but she keeps on ticking like a champ and I've had it since 04 and been using grease since 05.

If loud pipes save lives imagine what bright pink helmets could do.
