Other frames? PMI or ACI

I want to know if what I'm thinking is possible.

Could a PMI or ACI composite frame be used on a Phantom? I get that some milling, or dremelling in my case, would have to happen for the pump arm slot, but could it work? Is there even enough meat on one of those to do this?

Yeah, it's a one-way street. The wider-spaced frames can be brought down to fit the shorter holes but obviously it doesn't work in reverse.
