I don't understand. Does it clamp onto the Phantom's dovetail or does it need to be screwed to attach?

It would need to be attached to the valve body sight rail screw holes for open class or mounted onto a stock feed by tapping screw holes for stock class.

Parallax dose exist and is a problem with red dots just like magnified optics. This can be a noticeable problem with real firearms. Even my Aimpoint has some parallax. However at paintball distance on human targets with paintball accuracy that's got to be some severe parallax to noticeably mess you up. For target shooting on a rifle range you minimize this by centering the dot in the sight. In paintball I'm not trying to hit a 1" bullseye at 100 yards.

Those of you that use the sight, do you use it to snap shoot?

Or are you just using the sight for long range / sneak attack shots?

I find I can consistently make eliminations just point shooting I feel like a sight would slow that process down.

Point shoot, and point sight shoot take the same amount of time once you get use to the sight

I like optics for shooting at the guy watching the flag, or lobbing long rounds where people are guarding a flag and just lining the dot or crosshair above them and swing up the gun just as I shoot

For general woodsball outside of capturing flags in my opinion its not so important

I have a handgun scope and an Armson OEG

Couldn't agree more. Just takes a little practice, a calm mind and a lot of discipline.

I can't use OEG sights. My eye starts wandering independently of the other, and it looks like the dot is walking off by itself.

Unless I am snap shooting at a very, very close range, I use my sight whenever possible. Does it slow me down as opposed to snap shooting without the sight? Probably. I find that time negligible and accept the tradeoff for more accurately placed first shots.
