Ah. Kyle beat me to it. When you try again, really push forward on that pump handle. My guess is that it actually is cocking properly, but is not firing because of the bolt o-ring.

Thanks for all the help guys. After a good cleaning and making sure the pump is all the way forward, it works like a champ. I was shooting it in the back yard, I had paint on top of paint. About 35-40 good shots off a 12g at 43 degrees.

Something I've seen is the end of the pump rod being bent out of shape. That 90 degree bend where the rod hooks into the bolt is a weak spot. Repeated pumping can cause a fatigue crack, which may prevent the bolt from coming fully forward and firing.

If the rod is cracked or bent in any way, it may be contributing to the issue at hand.
