Ah. Kyle beat me to it. When you try again, really push forward on that pump handle. My guess is that it actually is cocking properly, but is not firing because of the bolt o-ring.

Thanks for all the help guys. After a good cleaning and making sure the pump is all the way forward, it works like a champ. I was shooting it in the back yard, I had paint on top of paint. About 35-40 good shots off a 12g at 43 degrees.

That's really good efficiency you're getting. I should have you put mine together.

THE-SHOOTIST Anyone chubbin' like me for this?
mailmanmike Since Monday! That's more than 4 hours though, so according to those cialis ads I should see my doctor.
tlane77 I think for a non-chemical chubby it's 6 hours before its time to see a doctor. So you should be good for another couple hours.
splattttttt I wasn't goin to google "chubbin" because I assumed it had to do with fat. The lard type, not the fun stuff. But what ever feelings Jeff's experiencing, then they must be of the fun like stuff...
tlane77 He's got a woody for your woods.

Something I've seen is the end of the pump rod being bent out of shape. That 90 degree bend where the rod hooks into the bolt is a weak spot. Repeated pumping can cause a fatigue crack, which may prevent the bolt from coming fully forward and firing.

If the rod is cracked or bent in any way, it may be contributing to the issue at hand.
