last week's outage was because the computer was off for some reason or another, when we turn it back on it was fine, we have suspicion that the cause might be a tiny bug in the system in the form of a 20 months old name Jack, he has the typical fascination of power button with a shiny light.

Thats not good I heard about that one. From what I understand AVG, Norton, McAfee, Pampers none of them have found a way to affectively comtrole it! We are in some deep trouble
