| I can't say enough good about Mike. He's so friendly and helpful you just want to call him up and say, "Mike, how's it goin' buddy?!" Mike & Hatchet BFF. Hah, but seriously. You couldn't ask for better customer service than from Mike. In my opinion, he even beats out the legendary PPS service. That's why I won't order phantom parts from anywhere except CCI directly. |

| MCB Member | The phantom is by no means a super machine, or super precise. The pump stroke isnt super fantastic.. The phantom is one of my favorite guns. It is cheap. Parts are cheap. Spare bodies, valve bodies..everything. They are inexpensive and modular. They are quality, they are easy to disassemble, they work very very well. Really, my phantom was the most reliable gun I have ever had. The design is well refined and just works. Having a gun that is so trustworthy can really add to your game. |

| I have to agree, while I love my Phantom, it is by no means of "racing pedigree". It is a workhorse, a damn good one at that as it performs wonderfully. Pump stroke is not too bad, but nothing compared to a Bushmaster or Carter. |
